Anxiety Issues...Help!!
Hey girls,
For the past few days I’ve been feeling as though I’m choking and about ready to start crying at any moment. This all started after a friend of mine blew up on me by complete accident (he apologized later).
These sensations are dull most of the time but seem to become more noticeable when I’m thinking about things I love/like. My love for anime is one. My beloved boyfriend of 8 years is another. When I’m away from him, these feelings are high, but when I’m with him, they’re gone.
I explained it to my parents and they say it’s Anxiety. I’ve never felt anxiety like this before and I don’t know what to do about it. I don’t want to take medicine, I’m more of a naturalist so I’m hoping you girls could help me figure out how to solve this issue.
