I feel like I can’t do it

7 weeks and I’m so sick constantly throwing up can’t sleep well because I wake up to go throw up. Doctor has me on three medicines but I’m still sick. I had no idea pregnancy was this hard I feel like I can’t do it sometimes. I am miserable barley eating and just extremely weak I can barely pull myself off of the bathroom floor. I feel defeated I don’t know how I can do this for another 33 weeks
