My eczema is the worst it’s ever been. I’ve tried Cortizone cream and Eucerin but neither helped at all. Its so itchy and I’m so self conscious of my arms now. Thank goodness it’s winter so I can just wear long sleeves obviously. But what can help me? Like any actual good products? I’m posting pictures so that you can get a better understanding

Sorry I know my arms pit looks disgusting. I’m not shaving it will irritate it

My legs still have some discoloration from eczema over the summer. When I was little I only ever used to get in on the inside of my arms by my elbow. It’s never ever been this bad
