Bleeding after period again?

Soo my period started last week friday & it usually last about 7 days... is it normal? & it ended yesterday iguess and today my husband and i had sex and i was bleeding it was a light bleeding not dark, i do have little bit of cramping... still don’t understand why tho ... 😣😣
