Have any of you ladies experienced a scare during your pregnancy, but turns out it was nothing to do with inside the uterus or the pregnancy itself?

I had this on Thursday night and had some heavy bleeding. After hours in the ER and finally getting an ultrasound my baby was incredibly active and there were no signs of bleeding from the pregnancy itself. They think it was either endometrial cells outside my cervix or I burst a blood vessel. I’m not allowed to lift anything heavy or get stressed.

It was very scary and wanted to know if any other ladies had similar experiences...
