Positive IVF stories at 40?

Just looking for some inspiration... unexplained fertility.
My periods are getting shorter but tests all still seem ok. 
Start treatment this month and scared / nervous / excited! 
Any advice / stories welcome!

I did acupuncture and I truly believed it helped me get pregnant!  Drink warm liquids and soups❤️ Keep that uterus hydrated and cozy. Sending you baby dust! 💖
