Anyone else worry about being pregnant even though you're super careful?

I have an IUD and we used condoms, and withdrawal but my anxiety just hates me. I still ovulate and have my pms symptoms during this time but it always freaks out. Please help reassure me 😂

I have mirena. We dont use condoms or pull out and i havent gotten pregnant, had it 1.5 years now. Before that used mini pills for 2 years without condoms or pull out and never got pregnant. Ised just condoms for 3 years without pull out and never got pregnant.

I used to when I was on other birth control but now we just rely on the IUD alone with no condoms or pull out because it's so effective

I don't use condoms or pull out, just the IUD, but still my anxiety gets to me every month and I fear I may be pregnant haha. Been traumatised from my last two births so that might be why. But it's very rare so I'm sure everything will be ok (although that's what I was told and told myself for many other things and it still ended up happening so my mind won't let me rest).
