unusual cramps

hi everyone! so i came off of my period about 2 weeks ago, but this morning, i woke up to the most painful cramps that felt like period cramps, but MUCH WORSE. however, no blood. I read that these cramps may be “ovulation pain”, but i’ve never had these. NEVER. I also feel so bloated and have been peeing so frequently. any idea what these may be from? PLZ HELP (((:
