Favorite foods when nauseous?
What foods are your favorite when you’re feeling nauseous?
Today and yesterday were probably the roughest for me so far. For the most part I’ve been able to eat almost anything, but I’m just never really craving anything. Nothing ever sounds appetizing. I was eating mashed potatoes a lot, but I see them in the fridge now and just can’t get myself to make them. I think “making” the food is the hardest part. I just need something I can grab and eat right away. Fruit cups, granola bars, pretzels, and protein shakes are some of the things I eat most days. I’m wondering what some other fast and easy foods are that you like that don’t make you want to throw up as you’re chewing.
(We are also remodeling our kitchen, so I actually have no sink, countertop, or oven to use anyways. Microwave, toaster, and toaster oven is all I have for preparing foods.)
