Period or implantation???

My periods have been wonky since my progesterone was messed up. But I've had really bad cramps last 2 days. Breasts not sore but my nipples have been for a week. Started working out 3 days ago. Just wiped today for the first time I had bloody discharge. Its orangey and rusty kind of the first wipe was quite a bit of it. This pic is the 2nd wipe. Any ideas????
