Anyone ever heard of this???

Has anyone ever heard of or had subchorionic hematoma during pregnancy? I thought I had a miscarriage this morning but we went to the doctor and thank God the baby was okay! They said it was a subchorionic hematoma. I've never heard of this before

I had one last year during my pregnancy. At 8 weeks, it was healed fairly quickly. Baby is months now. Never was an issue the rest of my pregnancy.

I had one when I was 10 weeks as well. Woke up in the middle of the night and my panties were soaked with blood, I thought for sure I miscarried. I got put on pelvic rest and drank lots of fluids! The bleeding stopped within a day or so for me, and the hematoma healed itself after a few weeks. I’m now 28 weeks along and baby is doing great. Take it easy and try not to stress!

Yep..i got diagnosed with one at 6 weeks..i miscarried last year and thought it was happening again but this time with no pain...i went to the ER and was told that it was from implantation..when the egg implants it creats and blood pocket between the uterus and placenta and we had sex the day before i started spotting so penetration triggered it...i been spotting since 6 week..im not 10 weeks and 5 days..no pain...i just wear a panty liner and was put on pelvic rest...at 8 weeks it stopped for a day and the next day it was bright red blood and ever since it was just brown and only visible when i wipe..i also been taking progesterone suppositories since i found out at 3w4d...practice pelvic rest..drink PLENTY of water and relax...its annoying but the fact that im not in pain keeps me positive...i got rechecked at 8 weeks for peace of mind and my hcg trippled...baby's heartbeat went up and its bigger
