I was sitting on the couch with my husband and I sneezed so hard and I peed a little on myself. I immediately said "ohhh that's embarrassing." And my husband asks "you pee on yourself?" 😂😂😂

I have peed myself both after my first child while not pregnant and when pregnant with my second.  On was hiking down hill on a tourist walk with my in laws and one was when I sneezed (luckily at home)
