Planning on midwife or hospital?

Question

Once you do get pregnant are you leaning more towards a midwife/natural birthing center or a standard hospital? What questions would you ask a midwife and what might your concerns be in using a birthing center?

I’m more interested in a home birth but for my first one I will compromise with a birthing center as I want the option to deliver in water.  I mostly want the option to live around and be comfortable with trying different positions verse constricted to laying in a hospital bed.
I’m also interested in hearing about the questions when inquiring.

My midwife came to the hospital along with the physician.

I had both my babies so far at home with a midwife and LOVED it! Plan on baby number 3 doing that as well. I have had one on a bed and one in a pool and in the pool is so much better, I will never have another baby on dry land again! Fun extra info, my second baby came so fast, my husband and I delivered her ourselves 😳 43 minutes from first contraction to holding her! 
I asked my midwife things like, what would make you send me to the hospital? Do you require a doula or just a birthing assistant? If you used a center, you could ask if you have the option to labor and deliver in a pool?
