Is she saying she’s ready for food?

My (almost) 4 month old has been so clingy, cranky, and fussy the last two days. She has been eating like every hour during the days. Sleeping is usually SO easy (she generally lays down for a nap every hour 15 minutes and goes right to sleep) but the last couple of days, she has been screaming and fighting sleep. She usually sleeps 5 hour stretches at night, but has been waking up every 2 to eat.

what’s going on??!? Is she saying she isn’t satisfied on breast milk alone or is she just going through a spurt??
