Must be something wrong with me?

Seriously breaks my heart. 
Why can’t I get pregnant why why why? 
Me and my partner have been trying for the past 3 years. 😢 we have a very active sex life. We always have sex whenever I’m ovulating (I know I’m ovulating because I take the ovulating test and don’t rely on an app) 
But whyyyy. I just took a pregnancy test and it came back negative 😭😰 
Is there something wrong with me?

I tried for a year and got positive opks every month for the whole year, the doctor put me on clomid for one round and I got pregnant. Sometimes you can get the positive surge of the hormone that gives you a positive opk but your body just isn’t dropping the egg. I just needed clomid to boost my body to drop the egg. Maybe this is something you could talk to your doctor about as well

Has he had a sperm analysis? Could be both of you or one of you. As women, we put so much pressure on ourselves

Have you been to a doctor as yet? I feel your pain, we're also approaching the three year mark. We went to a clinic to initially told us there was nothing wrong with either of us but after trying for four months after the appointment (three on Clomid) I went back but it was such a disaster, I left there crying and never went back to anyone else.
