Pp stitches and hemroids

When do the stitches fall out fully ? I’ve got one near my anus that feels so weird and it stings more now than right after delivery when I pee

Also my hennroids r back when do they stop 😩😩😩 had a huge one before delivery and then it got flat or popped maybe during delivery ? And now back with a vengeance ! I’ve been putting pep H but that one stitch spot by my anus hurts could I have popes open that stitch while pooping or cleaning myself in the shower I was feeling good so I started saying soap and really cleaning down there again but now it stings again 😰
