So I been at my apartment with my fiancée and 2 little babies for 2 years. Our lease is up May 2nd and we live in Southern California

Now the problem is, we didn’t realize how horrible these apartments are, there has been so many roach problems, I sprayed this apartment AT LEAST 5 times, and they were gone the whole winter time, but now their making a comeback & I cannnoooottt do this any longer. What made me done is opening the cabinet and seeing a roach crawl on my cutting board ! I flipped out I cannot do this! It’s disgusting! On top of it there’s a mold problem (which I have already told them about last year, and still no fix)

So it’s just plain out horrible. Now my question is, since I have 3 months left, how the hell do I get out of this lease without having to pay? (They can take my deposit I don’t even care I just don’t want to have to pay 3 months for this dump)

Also if I do get out of the lease will it hurt my rental history? I want to keep my good rental history. But my main main question again is, how do I get out of this lease without having to pay?

I hope someone knows! I can’t have my kids living in this!

I almost forgot to mention, when we came into these apartments they don’t credit check, so will it still affect my credit history or rental?
