Pregnant? Hormones? Plan B?

So I got my period on Jan 7 and it ended like the 13 I had raw sex a few times on the 15th and I took a plan B around the next day I started bleeding and it was pretty heavy bright red for like 5 days it ended around the 23 after I had brownish milky discharge for a day or two it is now Feb 1 and I’m bleeding again it’s only been one day and it was light and it was bright red with a bit of brown I’m so confused what’s happening could it be because of the Plan B or am I pregnant
