28 weeks - hot & cold flashes

I’m 28w3d & ever since I hit 28 weeks I’ve been experiencing severe hot & cold flashes. Within five minutes I’ll go from being so cold my teeth are chattering to so hot that I’m sweating without touching the thermostat (set to 67° constantly) at all.

During the day I’m usually cold, that’s been the case since shortly before I found out I was pregnant. But recently at night I’m either waking up because I’m shivering so hard or waking up because I’m so warm I feel like I’m suffocating. I’ve been up for 2 hours now trying to get comfortable but my temperature changes every 5 minutes.

It’s like my internal heating element has just shit the bed. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Please tell me I’m not the only one.
