I tested lastnight got a dark bfp. This am my temp dropped like crazy . I'm scared because my last pregnancy ended in miscarriage

Update 1: Breasts are no longer sore as of this am also.

Update 2: Just went out and bought 2 more pregnancy tests. To test throughout the week. And iam calling my doctor tomorrow to make an appointment for blood work and to check the amount of progesterone my body is producing .
