Trying to dry up. Need advice please!
So I’m 10 months pp. I’m not sure how to dry up. I haven’t pumped in over 24hrs and my breast are hard as rocks and hurt.
Do I stop pumping all together?
Do I hand express?
Does anything help them dry up?
Any advice is very very much appreciated!
