Oh yeah! I found that taking it out of the fridge 15-30 minutes ahead of time helped with the burn! Good luck to you 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Yes!! I hated that one.. not looking forward to it this time round 😓 although my doctor mentioned a different drug we can use to stop ovulation instead so hoping it hurts less

Yea ... you need to get out of the fridge at least 30 mines before , that helped me to reduce the heat sensation
