I have recently started having casual sex (after only having sex with one person for the last 4 years) and I have been careful and used a condom every time. There was once though where he put his penis inside me with no condom, but only for a moment and did not ejaculate. (Men can suck sometimes) my vulva and vanginal opening have been quite itchy for the last 2 days, and there is a slight burning feeling. I really want to assume that I'm just irritated from soap or my underpants, but what are the risks of STIs from this sexual encounter?

I have booked a doctor's appointment, but I will be so anxious about this for the next few days so I decided to post here to get some clarification while I wait for my appointment.
