So this guy and I had no been dating at the time but I fell asleep with him at his house after we hung out. I was woken up by him fucking me raw and when I told him to stop or said no he just said that it was okay and not to worry about it. I was still half asleep so I couldn’t make a conscious decision but when he started to go harder I woke up more and fully understood that he was going in raw and I didn’t want it. When I started to say no more aggressively he just kept going and pushed my face down toward the bed more to make me quiet.

I don’t mean to attract pity or anything because that is not what I want but I feel violated by what he did and it makes me feel horrible about myself. I am asking this because I had stayed in touch after because he was a really toxic person and wouldn’t let me go but he kept saying that he didn’t rape me and that it was my fault. I just want to know if this would be classified as rape or not. I’ve been sexually assaulted before so I wanted to know whether this was just a case of sexual assault again or rape.
