Irregular cycle question?!

Question

I have hypothyroidism and take 30 mg of np thyroid daily. I also have a mild case of pcos. My doctor believes that the pcos is directly connected to the hypothyroidism. Although I am on np thyroid, my cycles are still irregular. We figured with my thyroid levels back to normal then my cycles would level out. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism last year, I had long cycles ranging from 45-60 days and didn’t ovulate most cycles.  I was prescribed 50mcg levothyroxine and I am also taking ovasitol which has helped regulate my cycles to 30-35 days. Healthy diet and exercise can contribute to regulating your cycles too. I am also doing fertility acupuncture once a week since few months.
