So I have a hernia and I went into to the hospital because the pain was unbearable and it was causing me to feel period like cramping , they checked me and they told me I’m 1cm dilated but he’s still very high , I’m only 28 weeks 3 days is it normal to already be dilated ? This would be my 4th baby but this has never happened before. Also anyone have any clue what I could do to help with the pain the hernia was causing they were very helpful at all
