I drink the light ones. It helps some, and helps me stay hydrated, but I don't get 9 ounces from one pump ever lol I think those pictures online are BS from over producers lol

Didn’t for me, think just being fully hydrated is key, regardless of the drink

It only works because most people are dehydrated. Just drink lots of water !

I've tried it a few times and got a slight increase (by like an ounce) but I'm pretty sure it's because, with adding those, I was just drinking more in general.

I drink these to help with hydration, but do I think they increase my supply.... nope. 😂

i’ve drank them everyday since birth, i exclusively breastfed and still have to pump bc there’s so much more, i swear by them but everyone’s different!!
