Why won't my 9 month old sleep

My son is 9.months he was a good sleeper but the last month he will wake up 6-7 times night .. for 2 weeks he would eat but not as he does eat.. I finally got him to eat where he should be .. he takes his naps fine but not a night he wakes up ..

Look up 8month sleep regression. Sleep is something that is developmental in babies--their bodies have to learn normal sleep patterns. Some babies learn faster/sooner than others. Waking frequently has many reasons--comfort, food, fear, and a built in prevention against SIDS. My son had this regression around 8months, lasting til 11months. He woke every 1.5-2hrs all night every night. He finally got back to waking 1-3times a night until 14months. He now sleeps through the night. Its hard mama I know, but you can do this 💙

How many naps does he take during the day? My LO was taking 3 around this time and I cut it back to 2 and that helped her sleep much better at night.
