Postpartum meal prepping?

Dumb question but I was planning on doing some freezer meal prep for when the baby arrives but I was just diagnosed with GD so should I meal prep with that diet in mind or normal? I know you get tested again after birth but wasn’t sure when so i guess to be safe i would prep with GD in mind? Thank you!

GD clears up like in 99% of cases after the baby is born. When I had it with my last pregnancy I was able to resume a normal diet right after delivery (the nurse got me a dessert!).
I would just prep whatever you would have eaten before GD.

If you had no previous issues with your blood sugar, it’ll probably be gone once you deliver the placenta. I have PCOS so will have to keep an eye on mine to avoid Thrush. But it’s not as strict. We’ve been making a list of freezer friendly meals that have been working really well for my sugars.
