What do you know about VITEX ‼️ in early pregnancy?

I’m 4 weeks 6 days today and my doctor won’t see me until I’m almost 8 weeks. I’ve had 2 miscarriages these past couple of years, the last one being in September 2019. My progesterone was only 10 at 7 weeks and I blame the miscarriage to low progesterone.

I bought Vitex to see if it helps increase progesterone during my early pregnancy while I see the doctor.

Is it safe and will it make a difference to start it now that I’m almost 5 weeks?
