How to treat a urine infection?

I’m currently 23 weeks and I’ve noticed something is up as I’ve been waking up 3/4 times a night for a wee if not more sometimes! 
I checked my urine with the pot and there’s deffo a trace of an infection.
I really don’t want antibiotics as I feel like plenty of water will flush it out?! 
Advice would be appreciated

I would be sore careful as a uti can cause complications in pregnancy. Go and talk it over with doctor.
In the meantime drink loads of water to help flush it and lemonade. The lemonade helps with the sting x

As the other ladies have said, you really need to go to the drs and have a sample tested. If it is a UTI, antibiotics are the best treatment!! 
I’ve heard cranberry juice can help prevent them so maybe something to bear in mind for the future.

You need to tell your midwife and she’ll test your urine (you can’t tell from looking at it!) and if you have an infection it needs to be treated. 
Peeing in the night (during pregnancy) is totally normal and not a sign of a UTI, wait until you’re due you’ll be up tens of times a night!
