My son's had this rash or burn for going on two days now. The day I noticed it he had really bad diarrhea and pooped alot that day. To me it looks like a chemical burn, could poop cause that? I change his diaper every hour or so but if I noticed he pooped (which I usally do) then I'll change it right away so he dosent sit in his poop for to long. We also switched from huggies to luvs about a month ago, could he just now be having a reaction to luvs? I've been putting diaper cream on it every diaper change and changing him more often trying to keep it dry. I've also been using water wipes to wipe him and even let him crawl around naked to air it out. Anything else I can do? It bleeds everytime I have to wipe him and he crys so I know it hurts him:( it's also only in that one spot. Any idea what it is?
