Help?! TMI 🚨 6 weeks pregnant 🤰🏼

Question

I’m 6 weeks exactly going off LMP.. today I’ve had some cramping pains on an off nothing too extreme. Then I went the toilet wiped and got this... 
I’ve had a early miscarriage before but I’m sure it didn’t start like this. I still have some cramps and now I’m nauseous too. Should I be worried? I mean I’m already worried now but...

I had similar to this last week, dr checked my levels mine were 21,000 then 48 hours later 33,000 he said it’s fine and not to worry unless it changes becomes heavy and red.
I have another early scan this week too as I￼ was only 5 weeks my first one so had to go back two weeks later. 
Mine has stopped, I had to take a week off work to rest.
