I made a lemon poppyseed loaf not even thinking about whether I can eat it or not due to the poppyseeds. Anyone know the answer??

This is exactly why I don't pay attention to list of what food you can and can't eat during pregnancy... I guarantee you we are all eating things that we don't know exist on somebody's insane list out there

Poppyseeds will give you a false positive for oxycodone. So be careful.

It’s totally fine as long as you’re not eating it all in one sitting. I love lemon poppy seed muffins.
