I have just found out am pregnant 2 days ago but I have just gone to the toilet and I’m bleeding it’s pinky red I wiped and it went away I keep going toilet to check and it’s still there

Is this normal am very scared I am going to contact my gp in the morning but I have been reading online because I am only 4 weeks that nothing can be done is that true ? What can my gp do ?
