My sex drive is significantly decreased on hormonal birth control (IUD and shot were not good fits, back on pill). I’d like to *want* to have sex more, as my bf has a higher sex drive. Also having issues with being dry (we use lube).

Aside from extra foreplay, is there anything you’ve tried that helps increase sex drive again (while staying on the pill)? I had bought a tea but only tried it once or twice and not sure that it really did much.

Off BC my sex drive is average-high depending on where I’m at in my cycle.
