Please help!!!
It feels tender in both these spots.
Idk what it is just feels like an ache or a sore muscle
It’s worse when I blow my nose.
My period is due in 5 days and idk if this has anything to do with it.
I could also possibly be pregnant but not sure if it has anything to do. Plz help
