6dpo wave-like twinge/cramps?
Only on the left side I felt twinge/cramps tonight. It came and went like a wave each time, and happened 3 times within 5 minutes.
Trying for baby #2 for months now, and I can't remember any symptoms from when I had my son in 2017.
Can anyone relate? Or anyone experience this and later get a BFP?
