False positives with 1st response?

I went to the 1st response website and saw that there were a lot of reviews with false positives (purchased in the US)
I’ve bought mine in Australia and wondering if anyone’s ever had false positives? I’m super scared to take the test, especially reading those reviews, as I’m only 18 and do not want a pregnancy scare :/

I have heard that with frer lately... go to the chemist and get a cheapie, theyre just as accurate as expensive ones :) or try a different brand (try and stay away from blue dyes if possible)
Or try a digital test.
