my bf and I have almost been together for a year now and I've noticed things are starting to change between us... he's stopped sending the cute good morning/night texts or just the cute texts telling me how much I mean to him in general. he doesnt try to see me as much now. idk, I just feel like he isnt giving me as much effort as he was before

is this normal?😔 my anxiety is telling me he's falling out of love with me and I'm starting to feel sad all the time.. I talked to him ab it tonight and he admitted that he has been slacking and that he's gonna show me more effort from now on but I'm just scared this isnt normal and it means that he's going to fall completely out of love with me😔
