So I've been with this one guy for a long time. We did have a time last winter where we weren't together. So now fast forward to today. I told him I had gotten tested so I could get my IUD and he finally told me he had had chlamydia over last winter. He said he was treated during a time we weren't having sex but I'm concerned because we never had a very long time where we didn't have sex. I'm also concerned because about a month ago I got some spotting in the middle of my birth control pack (despite taking them everyday). If I test positive, is there any chance I'll be able to have kids? Would there have been any noticeable changes if I'd had chlamydia for a year and now was going to have fertility issues?
