The only other way to confirm that you did O is from taking your temp. If you get a rise in temp a day or so after a positive opk then it means you really did O. Helps to do both sometimes if you really want to be certain.

Yep. The tests just see if you surge. It doesn’t mean you ovulate but I’m most of the time you do. Which is why you stop testing after the 1st positive
