Travelable Careers and Trades

I’m getting married this summer and I’m currently in college (sophomore) studying marketing(not interested in it at all and thinking about switching it to hospitality). I’m not sure where we’ll be going after his training but Is it harder to continue your education in this life? Are there any good trades or certificates to consider getting that are good when you’re moving around? I’m thinking about getting my license to be an Esthetician. Any knowledge and ideas would be appreciated. I feel like I’m going into this blind.
