Trush?

So basically my 9mo old has what looks & mimics thrush. I’m going to call to make an appointment tomorrow morning but I’m wondering how could she have gotten it? She hardly eats solids, she definitely doesnt eat anything with sugar yet (besides occasionally fruit), (we feed her beans, & cut up vegetables mostly) but she is EBF but i dont have a yeast infection or any signs or symptoms of it... & it’s not contagious, we always share a spoon & i dont have the white patches either,

also she eats fine, she’s not in pain, no fever, no physical signs at all. Just white patches that i cant scrape off & all over the mouth.
