How often should I be having sex?

I’m 34 and in a committed, monogamous relationship with my boyfriend. I would like sex everyday or 2x a day, but we don’t see each other everyday. We have sex almost every time we see each other, but I would like it more. I’d love your opinion, because from what I can find, I’m having a great amount of sex for my age.

As many times as you want and how often you want.  Not everyone is going to have the same drive as you.  I'm 21 and I dont need it that often tbh

There is no right answer to what you “should” be having. That’s a personal preference, and everyone is different. I do know that your drive can change based on age. My drive has always been a bit high, my partners is lower, but was higher when he was younger. I want it about 3ish times a week. When I was younger it was more. My partner gladly meets my wants, but would be fine with less. Do what’s right for your partnership. It will ebb and flow.
