Sperm Meets Egg plan
Has anyone had luck with the SMEP? We are in our 4th month of trying so I figured I’d give it a shot. I’m actually ovulating now earlier than I thought (surprise to me on a test tonight!) so I guess since I got the +OPK we should BD today (twice, it’s his bday weekend!), tomorrow, the next day, then one rest day, and then again?
Does that sound right?
