So, to begin I work in a restaurant, in the back of house with one other girl, and yesterday she was talking to me about how her brothers girlfriend was cheating on him, now the girlfriend also works at the same restaurant, so I’m just listening, not saying anything doing my job because honestly that’s not my business, well today I’m just working and the girlfriend walks by me and says, “some people just love talking shit,” and I look at her and she’s staring at me, and I say “honey, i have nothing to say about you, you need to get out of my kitchen because you work up front and I don’t need your drama” and then she tried to attack me, but another girl held her and took her back to the front, and I went to my manager and told him to keep her away from me, and he agreed. A different manager calls me in the office to ask what happen, and I told her, and she said that she’s not gonna get into trouble because she’s going through some stuff (which honestly we all are) and to just tell her if it happens again. So wow, I have to wait to get attacked before she even gets written up, there should be a law somewhere about that right? My other coworker is scared to even walk to her car after work because she’s afraid to get jumped! I don’t know what to do! Any help please
