Possibly pregnant

Ok guys I need some help. My fiance squeezed my breast this morning and we figured out I am lactating. I have pain in my vagina and lower back pain. I've been peeing a little more than normal. Along with eating more. I'm taking a test in the morning to find out and going to the clinic later today as well. He also said that I've been irritable and moody and my breasts have gotten bigger. I've had cramps and headaches/migraines all weekend. What do you guys think?
