What are you using for a thermometer?

We have an exergen temperal artery scanner but feel like it does work. It always has us or out little one reading at like 97.5 pr 98.2. I pulled the batteries out to clear the memory and turned it on load so its beeping but still feel like it doesn't work. Even after shots he never spiked a fever which always made me a little suspicious. Would love to hear what you are using and if you like it 🤗

Our doctor said to take her temp with a rectal thermometer because it gives the most accurate temp. They do it every time we go in for her check ups & it’s super easy to do myself. The one we have only takes like 2 seconds!!

Rectal thermometer... we also have an ear one for the 3yo and it seems so off.

I use a recital thermometer since it’s most accurate.

Is that rectal thermometer? It's recommended that you take baby's temp rectally for as long as they tolerate it. It's the only accurate way for babies under one I think.

We have this and it convert to ear thermometer. We’ve used it this past week because she was spiking fevers. Works well!
