I'm 41 weeks today with baby #4. I've tried so many things to get labor going, but am only have sporadic contractions.

I had a sweep Friday and have lost some MP. I was 3cm, 70% effaced, and at -2. I'll go in today for another sweep. I think my midwives were looking at this Friday as induction.

I've had 3 spontaneous, unmedicated labors.

If I make it to Friday, I'm wondering if I should start with them breaking my waters? I feel like my body would get to work and it may be a better route for me than beginning with pitocin. Does anyone have experience?
